It’s been a busy month since our last update.

  • We’ve recorded a welcome video for our website. This will give people a taste of Liberty Grace Church before they ever come out. I hope to share the video with you next month.
  • We’re starting an Alpha program. Nathan will be leading an Alpha group, featuring a series of interactive sessions that engages people in conversations about faith, life and Jesus. Please pray that we will have a good turnout.
  • We’re planning our spring and summer outreach events, including an Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday in the Liberty Village park.
  • We’ve moved our service to Sunday afternoons at 4 p.m. It’s a trial to see if it helps us engage with more people from our community.
  • We’re currently focusing on our identity in Christ as a preaching theme as we focus on evangelism this year.
  • We’ve taken on our first missionaries. Because we want to build missions and generosity into our church’s DNA, we’ve decided to support Byron and Erica Bright, missionaries to Chad with Africa Inland Mission. We can only support them a small amount, but it’s a start.
  • I’m speaking at a number of churches in the next month: Thistletown Baptist this coming Saturday morning; Commonwealth Avenue Baptist on March 8; and St. John’s Richmond Hill on March 15.

Please continue to pray for us. There’s lots going on. We are grateful for your prayers and support.
