We often think God tests us only in hard times. When life is painful, uncertain, and overwhelming. The wilderness, the waiting, the struggle… that’s where we assume the test is. But what if that’s only half the story? What if the real test also comes in the good moments; when life is stable, when provision is flowing, when things are finally going well?
In Exodus, God doesn’t just test His people in lack, He tests them in provision. He gives them bread from heaven, not just to feed them, but to reveal their hearts. Will they trust Him daily? Or will they rely on what they can gather and control? The same question confronts us today. When life is hard, we run to God.
But when life is good… do we still need Him?
Join us this Sunday at 4 PM as we explore what it really means to be tested by God in seasons of blessing and how even our daily provision points us to something greater.
We meet at 31 Atlantic!
