These are not the reasons we're planting a church:
- because it's cool
- as a protest against the established church
- as a form of self-expression
- to prove myself
- to make a fresh start
If I planted for these reasons, I would quit in no time.
These are the reasons why we're planting a church:
- for God's glory
- for the thousands of people who need to hear about Jesus
Whenever I begin to waver, I remind myself why we're planting a church.
